Return Policy

We understand if you change your mind, after all who doesn’t? We encourage all customers to read each product description carefully as we describe in as much detail as possible. Give us a call or write us an email with any additional product and/or sizing questions.

Texas Native Threads will accept your return of unwashed, unworn, unaltered, scent and stain free merchandise. It is at the discretion of Texas Native Threads to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

Merchandise must be postmarked within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number. We are unable to accept items beyond the this time frame and the customer will be responsible for payment to have the item(s) returned.

Final sale merchandise (merchandise with “Final Sale”) may not be returned.

For gift returns, you will receive an Online E-Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the sender. A valid email address must be provided.

Due to product exclusivity we are unable to process exchanges. If you are in need of a different size, we suggest promptly placing a new order for the new size before it sells out.

*We suggest adding tracking in order to verify delivery. The following shipping methods may be used for returns: USPS, UPS or FedEx. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
